How We Get Great Results
As you know, oil and water don’t mix. That’s why pressure washing and steam cleaning alone will never remove oily stains. Instead, we begin by applying an oil-dissolving detergent, which breaks down the stain so that it can be washed away.
The detergent solution will be left for as long as is necessary to break up the oil, then everything will be washed away with a high temperature, high pressure water jet. If oil has soaked deep into the surface the process may need to be repeated more than once. But our technicians are perfectionists, and will keep going until the job is completed to your–and their– satisfaction.
